How to become effective in 3 steps
1. Create insight & awareness
We start by having every participant complete an individual questionnaire. Based on the responses, we develop individual and team profiles to create a foundation from which we work to deliver our customised training program.
2. Training and development
We focus on developing hospitality staff or crew through technical training in hospitality related matters. At the same time, we create and implement a healthy and effective leadership culture by introducing a leadership training program for management and operational staff or crew. We also run communication and teambuilding sessions and ensure everyone is aware of their individual strengths and challenges as well as the value they bring to the team.
3. Mentoring & coaching
We implement a culture of mentoring through professional coaching of middle managers to ensure the healthy and effective leadership culture continues to grow and inspire.
