Who is this course for?

For your team to create the most unforgettable guest experiences, this course will deliver. Ideal for senior team members, your team will learn the specific processes and procedures for event production, from idea curation and brainstorming to itinerary creation, budgeting and executing the event.

The prerequisites are 12 months onboard experience with 60 days of guests on (guest-on days include any days with guests onboard or day service which includes serving lunch, dinner or canapés and drinks), or any relevant shoreside experience in the field of event organisation and/or destination management.
