Food Safety

Food safety is the responsibility of all crew on board.  We provide Level 2 and Level 3 food safety training. Alongside this, we provide internationally fully certificated advanced training for head chefs and interior heads of department to ensure a robust food safety management and vessel sanitation system on board.

We address many different topics as part of our training:

  • hazards and control
  • temperatures
  • food poisoning
  • personal hygiene
  • cleaning and disinfection
  • pest control
  • the role of food handlers in keeping food safe.
