Masterclass: Wines of Italy

This is the first interior training that I have completed. I would 100% recommend this to all interior crew. An incredible tool for anyone who wants an effective team, and to be happy whilst achieving it. This should be mandatory for all HOD’s across the board. It’s amazing!

I enjoyed hearing about how certain aspects change the taste of the wine and tasting the difference when the wine has been decanted. Broaden your mind on the history of wine and how it is all made.
