How to use LH Dynamics

Our team of expert trainers have adapted Roger Hamilton’s Talent Dynamics to be more relatable to the hospitality industry: LH Dynamics. This tool will, quite simply, give you as a hospitality worker, a clear insight into your strengths and talents. We give you the tools to constantly uplift your talents and make sure they are better implemented in the workplace.

Then LH Dynamics is the perfect tool for you, and is specifically tailored to the hospitality industry. 

To get you started, here is my quick step-by-step guide on how to use LH Dynamics.

Step one

If you haven’t already been emailed one, request your exclusive log-in key.  

Step two

Log in and spend 5 to 10 minutes completing the set of straightforward, multiple-choice questions by answering instinctively. 

Step three

Receive your results. Which of the eight talent profiles – mechanic, creator, star, supporter, deal maker, trader, accumulator or lord – are you? 

Fun fact: we built LH Dynamics together with world-renowned futurist, New York Times bestselling author and entrepreneur, Roger James Hamilton, and the energies we’ve used in this tool derive from Ancient Chinese philosophy.  

Step four

Receive an email from one of our expert trainers and arrange a time for a debrief call.

Step five

Sit back, relax, and let us take you through your results and accompanying 12-page report. You’ll learn where your strongest energy lies and what talent profiles reflect your natural being.  

One more important thing to know:

If LH Dynamics is being used on an entire team rather than an individual, our debrief session will help each team member understand how their profile links to those of their colleagues, how their talents can be better utilised and how people of different profiles can communicate better.
