Danella originally trained as a beauty therapist before her first stint at sea working onboard cruise ships. She first met Peter back in 2007, who she credits as helping her reach her full potential and inspiring others to do so too.
In a career that spans more than 14 years in the yachting industry, she has a variety of different achievements to her name – from beginning on MY Tatoosh to swiftly working her way up to chief stewardess on both private and charter yachts ranging 70-100m+, and eventually overseeing the new build project of SY Black Pearl in Rotterdam.
Throughout this time she has also project managed several interior outfittings and coordinated events for both crew and high-end clientele, which include a fundraising gala for HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco at the Hotel de Paris, Monaco.
These challenging, yet rewarding, experiences have enabled her to build up an extremely wide skillset and the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations. They’ve also fuelled her passion for personal growth and inspired her to create teams who constantly strive to exceed guest expectations.
She’s currently based in London with her husband and young son and is always on the lookout for new personal development programs and consultancy projects. Danella joins the LH team as a project manager.
