Manager in Charge for the Luxury Yacht program

Luxury Hospitality is proud to be the approved training provider in the Netherlands and Germany for the Maritime Food Authority “Manager in Charge of the Luxury Yacht” program.

The Highfield Manager in Charge (HMIC) for the Luxury Yacht program will equip your appropriate managers with the knowledge and skills to implement a full and effective food safety management system, allergen control, auditing, Yacht Sanitation, public health and MARPOL.  

Training for the program will be for identified managers within the interior department with one of our specialised and experienced trainers. 

The manager in charge certification is annually renewed through the MFA for both the managers and as a recognition of excellence for the yacht itself.
