Ceri perfectly understands human behaviour. Armed with tertiary qualifications in Psychology and qualified in the use of Psychometrics, Ceri comprehends how people think, feel and behave, and successfully leverages that knowledge when coaching senior leaders to meet business challenges.
With more than 20 years of corporate HR experience, across multiple industries and different countries, Ceri brings to LH an impressive combination of up-to-date management theory and practical experience in leadership development. She has also held Executive Board-level positions within FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
As a Leadership Development Consultant and certified Executive Coach, Ceri has designed and delivered leadership programmes and management training to bring about behavioural change in individuals and improve their performance.
Ceri is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), a Certified Professional Co Active Coach (CPCC), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
An experienced facilitator in both face to face and virtual settings, Ceri recently worked on the rapid adaptation of online learning programmes, which is one of the many reasons LH is thrilled to have her aboard as a Leadership Trainer.
