Paul is a certified WSET Wine Educator and has a strong background in beverage consultancy – he’s been instrumental in curating impressive wine menus and cocktail recipes for top-end hotels, restaurants and bars. Alongside this, he has delivered bespoke beverage training materials for hospitality staff.

Aside from his expansive beverage and hospitality knowledge, he’s a Practitioner in Executive Coaching with an AoEC Diploma accredited by the Association For Coaching (AC), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has excellent communication skills and relationship management, having built his professional network and hosted various public speaking events.

When he isn’t consulting and training, his passion leads him to travel and wine. He has visited various vineyards across the globe, where he has accumulated an impressive 400+ bottles for his personal collection.
